Tourism Managment

The Tourism Management program at RITH offers a comprehensive two-year curriculum designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the global tourism industry. The program covers a wide range of modules, including Tourism Fundamentals, Sustainable Tourism Development, Marketing, Tour & Travel Agency Operations, Tourism Geography, Destination Management, and Product Development.

Students will also explore specialized areas such as Tour Guiding, History & Culture, Regional Aspects & Biodiversity, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Quality Management, Human Resource Management, E-Tourism, and Entrepreneurship (Business Plan). Alongside these modules, there is a strong emphasis on Communication & Language Skills, Leadership, and Interpersonal competencies, ensuring students are well-rounded and ready for leadership roles in the industry.

To further enrich their learning experience, the program includes excursions and study tours, providing students with real-world insights into tourism practices and destinations. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure ensures that graduates are fully prepared to thrive in the dynamic and ever-evolving tourism sector.
